4 Legged Chicken Found in China

Just imagine your surprise upon unwrapping a frozen chicken–with four legs!
Xiaoying Tian purchased the chicken from her local supermarket for dinner. Right after unwrapping the frozen chicken, she noticed that it had two additional but slightly smaller legs attached to it.

Horrified, she hesitated to cook the chicken. “I dare not eat it,” Tian said, and added that she would dispose it immediately.

Despite this, a top university professor in the country said that the chicken would have been perfectly edible, and was harmless.
Professor Anping Li of Central South University of Forestry and Technology said: “The chicken embryo may have been affected by different kinds of factors such a radioactivity, and developed a deformation.”
This condition is called polymelia, a birth defect in which the affected individual grows more than the usual number of limbs.
Nobody was able to trace the source of the chicken, but both the supermarket and the supplier said they would be investigating it.

It may sound weird, but this is not the first time that a four-legged chicken has made the headlines. In 2005, a live four-legged chicken was found among 36,000 other birds at a farm in the United States. Henrietta, as she became known, managed to go unnoticed for 18 months at Brendle Farms in Somerset, Pennsylvania, but was later discovered by a foreman. Farmer Mark Brendle’s 13-year-old daughter named the chicken and asked to keep it as a family pet. The bird had two normal front legs, but behind those were two more that dragged behind when Henrietta walked.
A university professor at the time likened the development to that of a sixth toe on a cat and said there was no definitive reason as to why these things happen.

Goodluck Jonathan Among 100 Most Influential Persons in the World

Time magazine has listed Nigeria’s President Goodluck Jonathan as one of the 100 Most Influential Persons in the World.
Jonathan is the only African leader on the list, published on Wednesday. It is also the cover story of the current edition of Time.
The list also includes United States President Barrack Obama; U.S Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton; hacking group, Anonymous; American billionaire, Warren Buffet; German chancellor, Angela Merkel; President of the International Monetary Fund, Christine Lagarde; Iran’s spiritual leader, Ayatollah Khamenei; Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu; footballer, Lionel Messi; Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff; new North Korean leader, Kim Jong Un; Syrian President Bashar Assad; American Republican presidential candidates, Mitt Romney, Ron Paul; pop star, Rihanna; fashion designer, Sarah Burton; and Chinese heir apparent, Xi Jinping.
The list was chosen through voting by Time readers from around the world.
The citation on Jonathan, written by Liberian President, Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, reads,
“Goodluck Ebele Azikiwe Jonathan exemplifies the African political renaissance at a time when the people of the continent are starting to reap the fruit of their resources and their hard work.
“President Jonathan, 54, possesses the qualities needed at this moment of great challenges, having come to power at a crucial moment in the history of Nigeria. The country has grown out of its past of corruption, mismanagement and brutality, but the foundation of good governance is still fragile.
“In two short years, President Jonathan has shown the same dexterity he demonstrated as governor of Bayelsa, the same ability to find the remedies to the many complexities of running a nascent democracy.
“He has spearheaded the fight against corruption and turned Nigeria into an example of good governance. He has also made a significant impact on consolidating peace and security in West Africa. From the onset of our own crisis, Liberia has benefitted from the support of Nigeria.
“President Jonathan not only upheld the trend but added to it. With leaders like President Jonathan, Africa is sure to move toward prosperity, freedom and dignity for all of its people.”

The Idea Manufacturing Factory (IMF)

The Process of Manufacturing Ideas.

The idea manufacturing factory is the biggest factory in the world. It is where great products are birthed, new arts, technology, design are inspired. It is over 900 trillion dollars a year company, comprising of finished products and semi finished products.

Unlike other manufacturing factories, the idea factory is everywhere and is located in every human in the street called 'the brain'. It operates on the simplest raw materials to yield the most complex products. Let us quickly examine the raw materials used up by this process:
1. Information
2. past experiences.
3. failures
4. challenges.
5. needs.

Information is important because it tells the factory owner what is needed currently and what should be produced. Past experience and failure tells the factory owner how to use the right resources inorder to avoid mistakes made by other factories. Challenges brings out the best in the factory. Needs keeps the factory in business.

So is your factory dead? Re awaken it, for it is a source of your million dollar profit hope.

How to start your own Resume Writing Business

Here's a business you can start for virtually nothing.
Everyone - with or without a resume - is looking for this key:  A professionally written resume, a sales presentation of their qualifications and experience that will get the job for them - the job they want.  The job hunters are wound up in their own specialties and problems.  They don't know how, and they don't have the time - AND they're willing to pay you to put it all together for them.  Just as you're willing to pay a doctor, dentist or investment broker, those who need a resume are willing to pay you for this service.
The market exists in every city and town in this country, and the demand for this service is growing daily.  Your opportunity for success beyond your fondest dreams has never been
greater!  The brass ring is here!  Grab it, and hold on!

To prepare yourself properly, invest in a good book on how to write "job-winning" resumes.  Select a book which discusses both the cover letter and the format of the body of the resume.

The most important part of any resume package is the cover letter the applicant sends as part of the resume.  This letter states the specific job the applicant is applying for, explains why he believes he is qualified, and pointedly asks for an interview.  In most cases, you'll be able to provide an "all-purpose form letter" which your client can adapt to any position that interests him.  More later about actual writing of the resume and the cover letter.

The format and style of the body of the resume are the items you want to learn from your book.  Resumes of today generally follow this outline:

    1.  Name

    2.  Address

    3.  City, state, zip.

    4.  Phone Number

    5.  Type of job or position wanted

    6.  Goals and/or desires in life

    7.  Job history, starting with current or last job held

    8.  Special courses, education or training completed

    9.  Military History

    10.  Formal Education

    11.  Activities while attending school: athletics, offices, awards

    12.  Hobbies and special interests

    13.  Notation that names of business and personal references will be furnished on request.

    14.  Availability

    15.  Health

Once you're organized with space and equipment, you're ready for business.  All that's necessary from this point on will be advertising, client interview, and producing the final product.

If you find difficulty, still starting off, You can sms me on +2348065822893 or Email: thenextceo@yahoo.com to get the e book for a fee. Hope this info was helpful?

How to Build Income from organizing Workshops

Just in case you are tired of those articles and advertisements that promise to make you thousands of dollars and deliver nothing but empty promises, then you might find this interesting.  How many times have you attended a business seminar only to find out that all the organizers were after was to sell their books or Cd?

Well you can now solve both problems and make some quick cash.  Here's how:

Before The Event

Run a low-cost classified ad in your local newspaper or radio that says something like this: "Do you want to really learn how to start your own home-based business or any other idea you may have?  Attend one of our informal workshops/seminars designed for people without a lot of money to invest.  Only $30 (N3,000) for four hours that will change your life.  Call (+234..........)."

It won't cost you anything but time to sign up people to attend your workshop.  Set a date approximately 2 - 3 months in advance and request the $30 (N3,000) fee be a prepaid reservation.  Send the customer a receipt for confirmation.

After you have 100 or more people signed up for the workshop (which should take less than four weeks to do), call and schedule a speaker for your event.

Then, contact local schools, churches or other agencies that rent auditoriums, halls or basements to hold your workshop.  Prices will vary, but the average cost here in Main Auditorium UNIBEN is $100 (N10,000) per day  -- and they will even provide you with the chairs!

Then figure out how much your invited speaker is going to charge for the number of hours of speech and training plus round-trip airfare or whatever transport your speaker will be using.

Now, let's look at how much money you will make:
If you have 100 attendees and charge $30 (N3,000) per person, you bring in a total of $3,000 (N300,000).  Out of that you will pay your speaker about $500 (N50,000),  for the hall you rented and other materials and costs maybe $300 (N30,000), then if all things go worse, you will still end up with about $2,200 (N220,000).
How can you lose? Just do your calculations right.

How to Make More Money After the Event

And to bring in more cash for a long time after the workshop is over -- just videotape the event.  Sell the videotapes for any reasonable amount to those who attended the workshop. They would love a copy because they would love to share it with friends and family

So give it some thought.  With a little planning and a small amount of work -- you can bring in a lot of extra cash to pursue the other business interests you have.  You don't have to spend any money (except the cost of the low-cost ad initially)

For more information or questions, call +2348065822893 or email: thenextceo@yahoo.com.  I'll be glad to guide you through your first workshop because once you do one -- you'll do many more in the future.  So -- let's work together and prosper in the industry.  We can do it!
